DELIVERY POLICY

 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

LEBANON:

COMPANY uses Aramex.

Deliveries can be done on the same day for orders placed before noon, within Beirut.
And within 24 to 48h for deliveries outside Beirut.

Items Purchased on Cash On Delivery or Credit Card cannot be exchanged or returned, except if faulty.

 

MIDDLE EAST:

For deliveries within the Middle Eastern region, COMPANY uses DHL. Shipments require 3 to 5 working days.
Note: COMPANY is not responsible for customs & duties.

 

REST OF THE WORLD:

For other countries, COMPANY uses DHL. Shipments require 5 to 9 working days. 
Note: COMPANY is not responsible for customs & duties.

 

Customer Notifications

Customer will be notified upon shipping his purchase by email along with the Order Tracking number.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

L’armoire De Lana is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
